Over the last week or so I have casually followed the build-up to the NFL draft. Significant time and energy is spent by the media exploring a wide variety of possible scenarios and discussing the pros and cons for each team in choosing among the potential professional players. Several conversations have centered around the intangibles-- the attributes that a player possesses or behaviors that a player exhibits beyond physical traits-- that a new player can bring to a team.
